The rates below entitle the guest and party to exclusive use of Villa Baan Suk Sabai including the services of its team of staff and private chef and the use of the estate facilities.

All rates are exactly as seen and inclusive of tax. There are no hidden charges.

Terms and conditions

A 25% deposit will be required to process your booking (for direct bank transfers a confirmation e-mail will be sent when we receive this)
The balance should be paid 2 months before your arrival date
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for cancellations within 2 months
All taxes are included however service is not so tips for the staff are greatly encouraged and appreciated
